Project-based learning is sometimes best understood by seeing or hearing about the end product. The following project-based learning examples showcase real work done by real students. Some of these are interesting nuggets pulled from the web and some were sent to us by schools using our intuitive, web-based project-based learning management tool – Foundry.

Reef Teach: The Project

Coral reefs are an important part of the marine ecosystem, many marine organisms depend on them. Tourism and human activity has taken a large toll on coral reefs. Reef Teach is an educational program aimed to educate beach visitors about coral reefs. It is believed that by educating beach visitors, the overall damage dealt to coral reefs will be minimized.
